Guinevere Hall has always had a passion for property and people and as a result, the decision to enter the real estate industry since 2010 is one she has never regretted.
"I love looking through houses, and even if I wasn’t looking at buying a new home, I'd always visit home opens. That was one of the things that drew me to real estate, as well as the social aspects - I also love meeting people and listening to their stories, and you meet some wonderful people as an agent."
Guinevere has enjoyed incredible success at throughout her decorated career, and brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for property to the Ray White City Residential Perth team.
Guinevere has also been recognised as one of the $10-$15 million REIWA award winners for the past 3 years. These accolades are a result of Guinevere’s drive, knowledge, reliability and her ability to build strong relationships with both buyers and sellers.
A deciated mother of 3 with a Degree in Politics and History, Guinevere is no stranger to hard work. The flexibility that working in real estate offers Guinevere combined with being a mum allows her to maintain a healthy work / life balance.
When it comes to real estate, I am always kept busy juggling the needs of various sellers and buyers; listening to and understanding their needs and negotiating between different points of view. I think that being a mother has helped me ensure I tend to all of those needs and get the best outcome for my clients.”
Guinevere’s personal philosophy is to “live local, stay local, buy local” so it is understandable that she is Ray White City Residential Perth's area specialist for St James.
"We've lived in St James for 15 years so I know it very well. I shop locally and my daughters attended school in St James. I know what makes the area attractive, I know where the good streets are, which streets are busy, where the buses go, and the local schools for example.
"When we were looking for a home as a young family we chose St James over other locations as we liked the older style houses and it was very affordable - and it still is very affordable! It's a great area for first homebuyers. The houses may be older, but you can get a house on a 700sqm block for less than $600,000 at the moment. It's also a good area for investors being close to the City and Curtin University.
"I've enjoyed seeing the area grow over the years, for example seeing the progression of the Victoria Park cafe strip up to St James. It's a fantastic place to live."
Guinevere enjoys the flexibility and versatility of her role in real estate - with her key strengths being in negotiations, ability to handle and respond to enquiry quickly and her large database she can market to. Guinevere enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and assisting them with achieving their property goals.
